And the total length.
Do you feel that your legs are warmer in the full length?
Any suggestion for a good pad?
I can feel the heat on my back and it keeps me warm. But i really need to know, is it worth buying the full length? Less fiddle with pad.

Job well done. Realy like the hammock.
The head end width is fine but i think there is to much sag from left to right shoulder. It should be more thighter.
The shelf is an awsome feature. It is a wery comfy hammock, and so is the dream hammock. If you are over 175cm tall, then you might go for a 11' hammock, like the xlc. If you buy the xlc, you got...
The shelf on blackbird is a good thing to have. You can also ad peek bag in one end to stuff some things. Befor you buy, you might think of which lenght hammock is best for your height.
Tried with other bars. Ended up to narrow in the foot end. Not comfy at all. So now i have som leftover fabric. Any idea i can use it for. Im making a new one another time.
The hammock have the same curves as the ridgerunner, but i did not cut the fabric wide enough in each end to get the sag under the spreaderbars to sew on endcaps.
Hope this picture helps
Im using ridgerunner spreader bars. Not the 4" piece. With thesag i mean there is no loose fabrick hanging down to sew on end cap. Its just straight. The hammock have curves on the sides.
