I agree with markr6. Some do some don't. There are a few other there that claim 12 hours, but they don't get very warm. Inside a good bag that might be just enough heat to make things comfortable....

Lacking things like UQ at this time, I've also used the 8 hour hand warmers for the same thing in cold weather. It really can help when the temps happen to drop below the gear you happen to have on...
