The clark will handle that amount of weight, but probably would not be the most comfortable due to it's width.

A larger rainfly with the HH is a must if you're going to be out in any bad weather.

I own a NA, but haven't tried the UL. Clark makes an excellent product, so I'm betting it will perform just as well as the NA.

If you are going to be doing any camping in lower temps then I would say yes. It really does help hold in the heat without hardly any condensation issues.
