The Fat Guy Bridge that isnt for sale..........yet!
+3 or so on the fat guy version!
The only reason I got one is for buying Ebay or other used stuff. You do NOT need it for your store.
Unusual to be down most of the day. Cant make my wallet lighter.....:D
That thing scares me too death. I don't scare easily either...
Ha! and next to the safe....
If they are mature pines as in large in girth. I wouldnt think twice about hanging in them. Just make sure they are healthy looking at the top. No widow makers! Go catch some fish!
+1 on what PG says here. 11' Chinese off amazon, tarp from the home store, sleeping bag, sleeping pad. Worry about the rest once you get some time in and feel like this is something your going to use...
Don't overlook the "for sale" section here too. Some good deals can be had if your patient and not dead set on one thing. Also, as long as you keep the condition good, resale is always an...
The best machine I own is a 60's Kenmore. Picked it up at the Catholic thrift store for $40 in a table. Sews great and has enough power to do most anything I've thrown at it...
Mt. Washington 3 ordered!
Thanks for the sale..
I think I already have...
Great idea. I have also used what looks like some sort of golf thing. It has a golf manufacturers logo on it and its a zippered pouch that has a snap swivel on it. Clips to ridge line and perfect for...
For the first time in my life, I was smart enough to recognize a good thing. I ordered two with my Kickstarter order and I am not dissapointed.
You don't need any convincing. You have already made up your mind. lol.
Everybody has their own way. Mine is to leave the tie outs at the house. I have never really grasped the benefit vs. the trip hazard. YMMV.
Sold! Payment received, shipping info Pm'd.
Paypal info sent.
Thanks.
Price reduction bump!
784 grams as shown. Both bugnet and overcover included.
Dangerbird 60 for sale. It is all black with bugnet and cover, made from 2.6oz Polyester Crinkle Taffeta. 10ft / single layer. Used very lightly- no holes or tears, clean, and from smoke free home....
I like the Hexon 1.6 and 2.4 alot. I have a Chameleon and have made DIY with Hexon in both 1.6 and 2.4. Nice material to work with and sleep on. I like the wide in 1.6, I like the support of the 2.4...
Dont feel alone. Im 532 and nothing......
Not something I would use. The simplicity of straps and a toggle is hard to beat IMO.
Zip tie. Trimmed off nicely after cinching it up.
I do it all the time and use something like this.

Excellent. THanks!
If you can get close with .9 Xenon than 1.6 should be much easier. I will keep tinkering at it til I find the correct balance.
When you say, "Then back to the bottom tension until the bottom...
I was wondering if the older machines may have trouble with the lightness of the fabric. I did some 2.4 last night and got nice results. I changed the needle to a 90, reduced presser foot pressure...
I did have to lighten the bobbin tension when I first started using it. Maybe cause of the tex 40 but it was set REALLY tight and I was having some real trouble before I loosened it. I may try going...
Sew, I got this spiffy new (to me) Kenmore 158.15160. It is a cam machine. Very good shape with all of the original attachments in the original containers. It runs great and makes really nice...
I'm thinking that the tree grows around the left behind tree straps if left pulled down tight...... Maybe time will tell.
I would like to have a $1.00 for every chainsaw chain that went south...
This is one way.

Remove the suspension from your DIY and put it on this one. If the ridgeline is not adjustable then it may not work on this hammock depending on length.
You could remove the current YO suspension...
I agree with Kayak. Teach them knots. 10 is not too young and what better way to learn then by having your knot give up putting you on the ground.
Indeed it is!
I fell off the fence. Order placed!
Thanks for your time and info gentleman!
Planning for and making a shopping list for a couple DIY GEH's for some buddies. Two of them are big fella's 275 and 310. I see some of the newer suspension Dutch bling is not rated for that much....
These stay on my RL. Carry a spare battery. Plenty of light at night.
...
"Bush skills" and Walmart. Hmmm.....
Cant overlook Randy's Dream Hammocks either. Between the two you will find what your looking for.
I hope not!:D
Ive seen heavy fishing leader in the them as a pull ring.
I'm 270 and use DIY whoopie slings and tree straps from one of the cottage vendors. Cant remember which one. Never an issue...
Is this a 10' or 11'? Is this a blem that was recently advertised?
I believe it comes with small diameter shock cord. If it doesnt come with it, it is the thing to use. tie a shorter piece between the two tie outs and then one longer piece to the middle of that to...
Ill take it!
PM inbound.
Oh my! Just as I suspected........
