For your weather concerns, I will erect a 20 x 20 tarp so you will have a dry space to stay out of any rain Friday/Saturday...any firewood will be appreciated, I am bringing all the wood my trailer...

Unless you carry a wet tarp like a flag, it'll be wet until you hang it again...no matter HOW you carry it....I pack my tarp LAST, hang it FIRST...that way I have a dry place to pack or unpack...
