BSF10 and DSW10. These should work. I believe they are only needed online. Over the phone, just mention the 40% sale and that should be good enough (was for me).

Thankfully got my emails today - so small sigh of relief. I spoke to Golite and was told that if you ordered over the phone you shouldn't have any issues since your order was immediately allocated...
