I'm the only hanger I know! Would have gotten out more but gettin rained on isn't fun in the cold @ 0500 when I need to get dressed and hike to my treestands. Lotta rain.

Man my back hurt too after this hang. Must've been too much sag or something. Shoulder squeeze was terrible ....I'm keeping after it though.
Guys I had that sucker cranked tight enough where I could feel the gather under my knees! It literally got uncomfortable. I awoke a few times to chilled side/shoulder/but-tocks. I'd reach out,...
Must've been a crack between footpad which is generous, and UQ? Hmmmmm....
Hung my wbbb again in the dark after a hog hunt while wearing night vision binoculars if you can believe it....only hung this once in daylight so far. First time I could bend my ridge line exactly...
This is sold and shipped.
I'll take the bag, thanks. PM inbound.
HH Hyperlite brand new and tarp plus cash trade? PM me....
Would also consider trades....need a 20F or better TQ, etc. as this thing is untouched and needs to go.
Used once overnight in my backyard put it away never use it again. It's in mint condition basically.
250 shipped. First I'll take it gets it please email me or PM me.
Night two was in the 50s and I was too warm. Coyotes and dump trucks woke me up a few times. And, I had a spider in my shoe when I woke up. I think I'm not putting my straps up high enough as my...
Just spent the night, in fact my last night on a CCF pad. It sucked. I just woke up and I am laying here as it's about 40° and I have cold side leg! I don't know if it was the pad or my proximity to...
Went Greylock 3....
Can't wait to see
How warm I'll be
Slung between two trees
Dropping mercury
Pics. I was off to the left as trees were big and I used a sturdy branch for my whoopie versus main trunk for the SFly. Maybe that pushed me over ?
...
You ain't lyin!
Gotta work on that UQ.
AleX
Grrrrracias Shug. I gently rocked to sleep thinking about "El Gato Cut"....I kid you not. I didn't use the pullouts and the wind was pushing against my left side all night and it was kinda tight to...
I'm just thinking how to adjust the UQ from inside a WBBB.
Well I ended up going out last night and the temperature was about 45°. I used my sleeping bag as a top quilt and a ccf pad inside which was sweaty. There was a very strong wind blowing but my super...
Delayed twice due to my back killing me!
Well gonna be in high 40s next weekend nights. Might need either a pad or Reflectix till I can grab an UQ. That NF bag will be perfect.
I have a NF Cats Meow 20F bag for a TQ, no UQ yet. Pushed trip back a week as rains are freaking torrential today and were yesterday. Softer the ground gets the better the hog hunting is, plus even...
Taking my Warbonnet out on its maiden voyage while hunting today and will be hanging tonight. Temps should be about 70. Humidity will be high as well. I'm not sure what kind of TQ to bring and...
Lemme know as I have one too and could do whatever I want with it....
Wonder how much more the Reflectix adds but until I can easily spend on the TQ/UQ, I'll continue using a pad but a less bulky one and add Reflectix for the knees down, per the Shug's suggestion.
My first cold weather hang I did the pad and the auto shade on top using a sleeping bag in an HH and was dang warm. Temps were high 30s and windy. Bulky way to go but dead cheap and I wasn't hiking...
IIRC yeti price is nice...it's 100F out so not thinking UQ for a while. The night vision biz is slow too....
Leaning that way myself.
I've been on just one hunt where I learned to hang, with the cats meow, reflectix and a pad inside a HH deluxe asym, and the temps were high 30s. I was dang glad I was IN that bag and had the warm...
How about the Hudson River starting out as a UQ, then migrating to become a TQ once I can afford to have a set with the Greylock under me......until then just keep on using my North Face Cats Meow up...
Does the Hudson River work well on the WBBB? JRB says use with the spreader bar style hammock.....
Shug I have a 6 month old boy and it's 100F out down here in Dallas. Summer sucks in TX to be equitable about it.
PLEASE MAKE SOME MORE VIDEOS!
Obrigado.
The Shugness! Price (JRB sale) is obviously guiding somewhat here, but are any UQs more bombproof than the others? Again I can't try them all out....I'm guilty of the expensive one must be a better...
JRP seems to put tremendous amount of thought into explaining their philosophy and quality and technology they use....and 169$ right now for 3 season.
I'm adding an UQ to the arsenal for my WBBB. 20 degree should do it. I can live with a 3/4 UQ. Prices vary enough between these that I can't decide! I guess I'm addicted to high quality gear and I...
I have the skins on the HH itself and wasn't using a tarp. The skins were bunched up on the suspension. Until I bought a bishop bag for the HH I kept it in skins inside the stuff sack it comes in.
It's hot and sunny down here in tx. When I take my baby son out for a stroll it's a constant battle to keep him in the shade and air flowing over him. He's 6 months and loves the stroller, looking at...
Sry 'bout the potty mouth.....I think it was the sil scraping against the mesquite tree or them flapping ( the wind was relentless ).....Every time I woke up I thought a crazed skunk was climbing the...
How old and how used? I'm in Dallas. PM me.
Used my HH as I did not yet have a WBBB and Superfly on a trip out to west TX to hunt. I decided to stargaze that night plus if any coyotes came up for a snack I'd get them first through the mosquito...
Soldering iron on the end or tuck back into itself.
Starting on this project and need the above. Could anyone could make a recommendation, that would be great, thanks! The in-house sewing expert needs to know what needle and what nylon thread.

So true Spartan. So true. Also need my 5 month old to grow a bit and wife to want to hang...
I'm drawn to it but priorities dictate otherwise. I do see one in my future, maybe a DIY unless a get a good cash flow going again....
So cool. Only for the weight conscious or worth the price tag for anyone? Wouldn't mind another 4 season tarp for my backup HH. The WBBB already has a Superfly. Seems I should get a great set of...
Bought the WBBB before I knew what I really wanted and what my choices were, just had used my HH deluxe with straps and lines. Found the forum, saw WBO's stuff and just had to get one.....fell outta...
That's pretty funny. Internets rule....
****! AEQ sells it all and their prices are great.....wish I'd done my homework on them before..
Thx guys!
Noob here, I know.....
I'm gonna be using marlin spike hitches with a toggle on my WBBB just have not found straps yet! My HH has them too and straps as I switched the suspension.
Just need to find straps. Guess Ill...
