Been thinking about this . . . I am reminded of the tarp-sag issue I experienced when I would attach my tarp ridgeline to my hammock suspension. When I got in the hammock everything sagged and my...
I like the idea. It might be a challenge packing it up wet.
How about down filled tubes made of Insultex. It would add R value, be lighter than nylon, and it has a stiffer hand so that might help with the bunching issues. You might even be able to slide your...

Foot end a bit higher. My top half is heavier so at level, I slide toward my feet. With the foot end higher don't slide. That's the only difference I've noticed.
Awesome. Thanks for the tour Shug. I'm 31 and just starting my "nut hut".
We missed you Shug! That was a good'un. Glad you had a safe drive home, and some time to have some fun.

That was great Shug, looking forward to pt.2 :)
The chase scene . . . hmmm . . . the best I can come up with is, the camera sorta wadded up in your tarp for padding, tossed away from you and . . ....

+1 for the clear nail polish. One coat, dry to still tacky, big drop plus a small over lapping (1/8") patch of the same material if you can extract one from another area.
Thanks Hawk-eye, That was truly awesome. Great day out, but what a teaser I'd bet. Thanks for the trail work, something I aspire to participate more in.
