Yeah you should be able to edit and add to the map as you please. FishinFinn messaged me and told me he was able to edit his point on the map.

If someone wants to try it out and see how it works, go for it. You may be able to edit a point already on the map. This is new territory...

I think a lot of people just don't want their location pin pointed on a map.
