I updated the pricing to include the bugnet.
This is the last of my extra gear that I rarely use. This gear is in very good shape, adult owned and well taken care of. I prefer paypal, and ship via USPS priority. Prices include shipping.
Eno...
I'll follow the rules of this forum, and honor his claim.
It's already been sold.
Thanks!
Cleaning out the the closet, to make room for other gear I want. These are all in very good shape, and have barely been used. I prefer Paypal and all prices include shipping to US via USPS priority....
Everything has been sold.
I bought it new late 2009 - early 2010, getting each part as I had the money.
Sorry I've been really busy today, I'm going through the pm's right now.
After a year of only hammock camping, I've decided that I'm never going back to the ground. I picked this up shortly before discovering hammocks, it's been used 6 times, and has spent the last year...
I will, I just don't want to be a pain in the butt since he is probably already swamped.
It's worth the wait, but two weeks so far for just a webbing suspension is killing me.
some ideas:
Bias Anywhere Hammock
Bias Macaw Hammock
Bias Variable Hammock
Count me in! and happy birthday Dutch!
I had them out yesterday, and remembered this thread.

I've gone back to the webbing suspension for the simplicity of the system. I usually link it to the hammock with a piece of amsteel and a carabiner so it can be removed in case I want to hang in my...
Everything has been sold!
Good question, I'm currently looking at getting a custom hammock made, but don't want to say too much until I talk some more to the maker.
Blackbird is still available.
Regular length
I got the traveler out to take a picture, with all of the wrinkles and 15 minutes of searching I was unable to find the run. I did however drop the price to take this into account. If you buy the...
I'll post it once I get home in the morning (currently at work).
It comes with a single sided stuff sack.
Making room to buy more hammock stuff.
WBBB 1.7SL Webbing Suspension $135 shipped in CONUS
I just got the Blackbird a week ago, it's got a real nice lay to it but I'm not a big fan of the...
I picked up one of those from Walmart for my nieces and nephews to use after seeing them jump (actually jump) into my good hammock.
Depends on the hammock really, I prefer the simplicity of not having tie outs.
When we hang at a friends house, we use the floor joist in the basement. The only issue to getting the right angle is space. His ceiling joist are about 8 feet up so to get 30 degrees they need to be...
I'm excited about the ridge line organizers, payday cannot come soon enough!
Personally I would prefer to use natural fibers, since they don't melt to you. However I don't know of a natural fiber that would match the performance of nylon/poly fabric.
I just picked up a WBBB, and have been eyeing a Zeppelin for a bit, thank you for the pictures!
Planning a whitewater trip with campsite hammocking in lower TN, and hopefully (pending funds) some hiking and hammocking in the Mountains in CO.
Just entered, crossing my fingers.
I can also recommend the phone app, or if you wait a bit Tato gear, will be releasing some hammock specific levels in the near future called Hangles
I keep thinking about ordering one, but can't bring myself to sacrifice a good sleeping bag to fill it.
The biggest reason for me is that I'm lazy. I've been tying knots since I was 10, and I can tie most of them with my eyes closed. I'd rather throw the hammock up and not worry about it.
Was using whoopies for a bit, but now going back to full webbing. It weighs a bit more but I prefer the range of adjustability with webbing.
At only $10 more than the double I would get the triple, it never hurts to have more space to spread out.
Are you using a stand or mounting it to a wall?
I'm very happy using the Metolius Mini Carabiners, I was even able to get colors that matched my wife's hammock.
Since you mentioned it: If possible avoid nylon webbing. It will stretch and if you use enough you could end up on the ground in the middle of the night.
On a whoopie suspension I prefer 6ft tree...
For me it's a good UQ. I no longer worry about the weather, I check the day before and if the temps are above the 10F mark I'm happy.
My brain instinctively inserts an "R" into the word when I see it, had you not pointed this out I would have never known. I'm guessing it's named after the city/park in Northern Nevada.
This is the tarp suspension system I have been looking for, no more fiddling with knots in 20 degree weather. Thanks!
I picked up a cheap $25 dollar hammock from Wal-mart, and decided to replace the cheap rope and carabiners at the ends. I can't remember why but I tied a different knot than I usually do. I brought...
I've ordered 3 times from Warbonnet and haven't had to wait too long for them, I ordered a WBBB SL 1.7 on the Dec 31st and it showed up at my door today. I'm guessing it won't be much longer.
I'm glad someone asked this question. I was keeping my Jarbridge in the stuff sack it came in, I've moved it to a much larger bag until I can get a tote to store it in.
I'm about to have 3, I currently have a WBT and ENO SN, I have a WBBB on the way.
I couldn't bring myself to mod my traveler, and the Blackbirds where on sale so I went ahead and ordered one. I will pass this thread on to my friend who was having the same issue. Thank you for the...
Thanks for the suggestions!
The pad is in the sleeping bag, the whole lot (my feet included) keep sliding off the side of the hammock.
So my current setup is a Warbonnet Traveler, Jarbridge 3/4 UQ, Marmot Sawtooth sleeping bag, and a Thermarest pad for the foot box. Yesterday was the first time using the pad in the footbox and I...
After my knee jerk reaction of "omg 4 weeks!" I realized that it really wasn't that long of a wait for the level of quality that Brandon puts out. I was ready to wait another two weeks but.....
I...
As I approach the two week mark, I was optimistic that I would be getting a shipping notice soon. After hearing this I'm a bit disappointed and starting to wonder if I should cancel my order. I know...
