Love Porch mode, and have you ever closed the ends of your Noah's tarp? I don't know if you just prefer to use the door kit might be something to try if you haven't!

I also have a similar question about the wall hanging does it effect your walls to have a hammock hanging from them? Seems like eventually that could damage the structre of the wall.

I know exactly what you are talking about!! In the door mode I have it steaked to the two middle and it is very taught that way. However with the two corners steaked it does sag it has never caused...

It is a very great knot for ridge lines and guy lines and drops the extra weight of accessories.
I am a boy scout so I am tying knots always and love it the taught line hitch is what i generally use for my ridge line.
