"Pandiculation" my word for the day. Cool
Hi,
I'm in Ottawa now but we seem to get around. Glad to see you up and hangin' in.

Welcome to the neighbourhood. It's a nice place to be.
The work that you guys and BER are doing is inspirational. I have to admit that I am feeling the urge to steal my fabric impaler away from my daughter and have another go at the DIY.
My key...
I have not found any shoulder squeeze in a eureka chrysalis type hammock. The problem is the weight.

I think you guys are doing great work. I made one of my own but it was too heavy so I've since canabalized it into other projects so no pics. I agree with you that the sides are not a simple...

I always thought it was a shrug without any arse.
I'm really surprised by the number of people who wear their clothes to sleep in. Don't you get cold?
I'm in my fifties and have come from a long line of people who live and work in the Canada's...
This hammock has been written off by the backpacking community because its so heavy and they are right. But for 3 season canoing it's ideal. I used in Algonquin park this spring.
It is an open...
Does anyone know any reasons why i can`t just paint polyurethane varnish onto ripstop to make it waterproof? I`ve got a bunch of leftover hi quality PU from another project and about 14 yards of...
This thing works much much better than you might think however most people are right it's too heavy and until recently, too expensive.
i spent most of last week traveling by canoe in Algonquin...
This is probably a DIY post but everyone else maybe interested as well.
Many members here have discussed in how wal-mart is phasing out its fabric departments throughout North America but during...
