my first was a rain cover for my pack. worked ok so I moved on to a hammock and then an underquilt from a poncho liner. no the coolest stuff but cheap and effective.

Giving a heads up that this hang is already in my mind. The sooner someone can pick the dates the better so we can all take some time off and be there. It would be great to have another solid group.

Exellent. The stew was a nice way for all of us to hang out and enjoy the good company of others. If Robert doesn't go I may still go unless I can be of help to him during this difficult time.

Yeah i need work on my knots. Are we gonna do another group dinner Saturday? Robert and I will be there on friday and stay a couple nights to explore a little further up the mountain this year.
