I'll take it. #2 Bandit
Would love to see a pic of those colors. I was thinking about ordering a set myself...
still looking
Looking for a set of the AHE Triangle Thingies for a full size UQ. DIY considered, but needs to have shock cord lines and attachment doohickies...
Loco Libre does not seem to offer the saver series any longer.
I started a facebook group "Hammock Camping Japan" if you want to network and share ideas and locations for hangs.

I've had some sap drip on my both of my tarps (twice). I just did a gentle spray with water and it seemed to come off well enough.
Sweet!

I have a Dutch 1.6 Hexon and the Raven 1.6 in HyperD, they are both comfortable. But I do like the feel of the HyperD at the moment. I also got the topcover and like it, but not really necessary...
Yes, the Raven is about as comfortable as they come.
I use a couple bicycle plastic tire levers, as I carry them on my bike kit anyway.
The Raven is an excellent choice. I got mine a couple months ago and it is really comfortable, with top cover or bug net. My Raven is more comfortable than my Dream Darien, and I really like the...
I like having some storage on the ridgeline. I don't have an aftermarket organizer yet, but often just use my hammock stuff sack attached to the ridgeline. I keep my wallet, phone, and my Kindle in...
I recently made 3 TCH and gave two of them away as presents. The one I kept failed on both ends with my 80 lb daughter! These were all done with a single 1" sewn channel, zip tie and a continuous...
single layer or double? suspension included?
Looks fun, but too far for me. I'll be hammock camping the previous weekend over golden week on Yakushima (hopefully).
I just got my new Raven last week, but still haven't had a chance to string it up and try it out! I did bring it 6000 miles across the Pacific, though.
the massdrop hammock and strap combo is active again,

I was really wanting one of those patterns for my Dream order last month, but I just didn't have the extra time (and cash) to make it happen. Great patterns and definitely on my wish list.
This time next week, I'll be opening packages (maybe 10!) full of hammock goodness, including a new Raven and a second-hand Darien. Maybe, just maybe I do have a problem...;)
I'll take them both per PM.
Cheers from Japan! I grew up in Aan Antonio and Austin. I'll actually be making a trip back to Texas this weekend! BTW, how do you like your Twisted Root UQ? Used it yet?
Does this Massdrop price include shipping? What about international shipping?
I forgot the 9th package... a set of Sakeskins I got off ebay. Actually, it'll 10 pkgs if I count the blowgun /walking stick. ;-)
Yes, it'll be nice to see the kinfolk as well!
I live in Japan and, over the last month or so, I have been ordering some hammock gear to be sent to my folks place in Texas. Hopefully it will all be there waiting for me to open like Christmas...
FYI, I placed an order a couple days ago for a (finished) Hexon Wide Asym Tarp and some bling. I had considered the DIY kit, but it is not showing on the Dutch site yet.
So venting via the side zippers seems an option, especially since my Raven has them on both sides. I could also probably roll the top end back a little if unattached from the gathered end of the...
I see a trend in the vents for the topcover getting larger for ventilation. For those of you with topcovers on your DH hammocks, what do you advise? My Raven is currently in queue for later this...
Need a lightweight tarp to cover my 11' Dutch. Lightweight to me would be in the 10-15oz range. Not really looking for diamond or 4-season w/ doors, but more like a Hexa or ASYM would be nice,...
If the fleaz not sold, I'll take them.
Would this work better with a continuous ridgeline or would the stingerz be quicker for adjustments?
What is hand cord attachment thingy?

Wanting a single layer 11 foot Raven with net and overcover.
Let me know by PM if you have one you are not using. I'm currently in Japan, but will be back in the USA (TX) in a few weeks.
Zilla. That is a cool color combo with the paisley and Robins Egg Blue!
Wow. I haven't done any winter camping yet in my hammock, but I usually get out quite a bit in the spring/summer. I bikepack and hope to do some more island hopping this year down in...
Hello and welcome!
Hot and humid with a LOT of rain at times. Are you planning to "stealth camp" or use campgrounds? I would take a look at some bike/back packing sites and get some additional input from folks who...
I like that list Tacblades. Especially with some of the bikepacking gear companies listed. I'm thinking it will be easiest and cheaper for me to pick up a hex version of the Mont-Bell, I think the...
Thanks for the replies everyone. GingaNingaJP, I might contact the ks-ultralight fellow, I think the L tarp (3mx2.5m) might work, but a custom 3.5x2.5m might be more ideal for an A-frame rectangle...
I've hammock camped with my 11' Dutch hammock about 3 times now and love it. Warm weather here in southern Japan , but on my latest trip I ran into a little more rain and wind than I've been used...
Thanks, folks. By the way I am not Japanese, originally from Texas by way of Minnesota!
Banjer is another slang name for the banjo, which I have been trying to learn for years!
I'm in southern Japan, pretty hot and humid here. I am interested in bikepacking/camping. I have a short and cheap parachute hammock bought locally, but looking for something longer (11') and more...
