But we have to get you out of the kitchen. Maybe with all us sous chefs, you can supervise the gumbo and others can learn how to carry in the tradition.

That shrimp boil certainly stands out as one of my favorite memories of each Florida Hang! (And I'm a pork lover). I'll be in the kitchen too, either way we want to go.

Both the first two annual Florida hangs were in the mid-20's, so come prepared! We always have a few hangers bailing to their car. That just can't be as comfy as a hammock ;)
