cant really say either way on this, I have bought a camo tarp of tom C mailed him and mailed back next day with details, paid the money, he confirmed all ok again next day. my only issue...

what is the issue with the "old" straps??? as I am one of those with the "old" straps

Tom Claytor was kind enough to mail back. Yes he will sell me a tarp for $40 and free shipping. mailed back and buying a hammock from him at the same time for my lad.

Mailed HH and asked about selling me a woodland tarp from their survivor hammock.

Only asked for the tarp and was quoted $199 & $50 postage :eek: :eek:

So, think I can get one of the guide...

with ref to DPM kit you have.....

yes mate, i`ve got one of those, they are slightly bigger than the HH tarp, but looking for something more "purpose built" for hammocks. Also they are alot thicker than the HH tarp, so may not fit...
