I have a TTM double for a while now and i like it.
First thing i made was to add a ridge line, then i put woopie slings on it

i almost do the same thing with a ring of inner tube at the other end of my guylines

They are made from plastic that is quite soft, and then is easily cut.
They are 8cm long so i make 4 pieces of 2cm for each of my tarp guylines, more than enough to me.

here are the knots that i use most of the time

- the Angler's loop ABOK #1017
- the blood knot to join two ropes ABOK #1413
- the blake hitch
- the constrictor knot ABOK #1249
- the diamond...

I use 2mm guylines and they fit perfectly, i can slide them up and down easily.

Plus, they are quite inexpensive, about 5€ for 36 pieces, and i think i will cut them to...

just made the conversion on my Explorer Deluxe, and it works wonderfully :)

Just made one for about 20 $ with a duvet cover got at summer sales and some webbing.

As a ridge pole, i am thinking to use a pole used in windsurf.

They are in two pieces connected, made of fiberglass or carbon, so they might be light.
And second hand one may not be too...

thinking about tarp pull-out, i remember to have some small plastic pulleys.

i had the idea to use them with a ring of bicycle tire, and guess...
