Ok, so any recommendations on laundering this quilt? My son's maiden voyage in his resulted in a middle of the night bed-wet. I'm thinking remove the clews and wash on gentle cycle?

I use this system for my son's hammock. It's not really as bad as it may sound. It's not the most convenient setup, but it is do-able.

My son is Webelos 1 this year and I'm the den leader. He and I exclusively camp in hammocks now and I haven't had a single issue/complaint about it. In fact, now that we do that, two other families...

I can't believe no one has mentioned doing a PLUQ yet. I have a Jarbidge, a Snugpak, and a PLUQ. The PLUQ works really well down to about 40º, plus you get the satisfaction of DIY.

I do the trick with the foot end. Seemed like a natural, common sense thing and it definitely helps. I don't have issues too bad with the shoulders as much as I do with frostbutt.
