On take down I just leave the pad in. Take one side down and take bar out,fold in half and deflate and roll until I get to other side. Works great.

Not if your kicked back looking at the stars and moon, then zip up netting to go to sleep. No biggie. My definite favorite hammock by far!:shades:
Gotcha. So if i start out inside hammock with netting fully pulled back, I should get out of hammock to zip past the corners if i chose to close the netting then get in and close the rest of the way.
Just tried the "newer" version out this weekend and it by far is my favorite for comfort. I could lay on my side which I could never do with any other hammock. I used a large neo air for pad. It felt...
