Cool deal, I'm in. Since I'm a jetboil user I have no idea which stove to pick!
I've hung both points from the same verticle anchor and napped in it bat style...
The Bias is so long that narrow is fine ;)
Berkley did a study on tin foil hats... http://berkeley.intel-research.net/arahimi/helmet/
IT'S A TRAP!
Love it! How did the super feel about it?
I'm BIASed...
Otter would you think about making some chairs to sell?
If you have access to a table saw just rip them down from a larger piece, that's what I did.
I have both its fine ;) remember the ridgeline is 9ft
Got mine done to 90% yesterday need to make some amsteel loops, screw on the end cap and it'll be done.
You guys are the best, I'll crank er down and try again! Thanks for all the other suggestions I figured it was user error. I'm 5'8" so it's plenty long and I was wearing the thin cotton pants so that...
Ok, I've got the new 2.0 full length HG incubator 20f with a 1oz overstuff, I was also using a Kelty Cosmic 20f down bag. The area was a bit windy and didn't setup the tarp, temps were down to about...
It's an 11footer so it should be decent
I just got setup with this exact setup!
Did the hang and was very disappointed, back to drawing board. Ridgeline section was way too short and it was extremely hard to get the suspension adjusted to where I wanted it.http://db.tt/fO2uWuGb...
Be very careful with a pregnant wife in a hammock, my medic side cringed when it was suggested
I made the mistake of counting!
Hopefully tomorrow is test day

Make sure to inspect your line before you use it, this came from the store like this apparently... grr have to remake it now though it's...
Practically the same price without mods and infinitely more comfortable. I switched myself a few months ago. They are good people too.
The newborn is sucking all my time! Made an end loop with Dutch hook inside it and then buried into the sls 8" and did a short bury back on itself to keep it from pulling through. I hope my math was...
If you buy a bias net why not get a bias hammock? Far superior to the eno
Your making these to sell but not willing to make a loop?
Argh I made mine this pat weekend and haven't had a chance to hang it. I put buried end loops with Dutch hooks so I really want to try it... Pics tomorrow hopefully
The vertex has two slots...

It was a tad short for my longer hammock, used once after buying it from Demostix a few months ago. Includes zing it lines, add stakes and your set,...

As a medic, I would suggest no one uses a non-rebreather...
The only rebreathers I know of are SCUBA and 02 applications... what do you speak of?

Give em a call, I'd be surprised if they couldn't just outfit it with straps if you prefer.
My bias doesn't flap and it lays...
Just get a bias with knotty mod
Plus it works like beaks to protect the hammock ends in the rain, I sound like a broken record
QUOTE=coopsmt;842843]I saw the lazy slug, but I don't want to pay 40 bucks for it. What dimensions should I look at for diy-ing one for netting[/QUOTE]
Its Silnylon not netting, keeps the down...
BIAS wwm love mine
BIAS will do some very narrow hammocks, the trick is an 11ft length. They have a54" width
Nope, it's a length issue not width.
This! Just got one, love it
Get a BIAS 11ft hammock, it's so flat I have to have a clothing pillow. I had an ENO and couldn't get 100% flat, now I have a BIAS and I'm in heaven.
Multiply that a few times and I might consider it!
Weird it's the same exact thing as the Hennessy just without the knots
Ahhaa that may have been my issue. I've done 4 or 5 sets of whoopies and a bunch of continuous loops but I've always been immensely frustrated when doing it. It also looks like I should be tapering...
How does just folding the wire over keep it from sliding free? I end up taping my amsteel when I do it and it frustrates the heck out of me. Someone mind posting an image of how it looks right before...
It still isn't tracking with me that there is a major difference between a tight "conventional" whoopie and ridgeline setup and the single line. Say you used rings, you came from the hammock with...
I got 7/64, if I can't figure out a way to make it work with that then I might abandon the idea all together. That's why I was asking the questions that I was asking, I may just need to play with it...
