Seeing if anyone added a vent (noseeum) to the head end of the cover to help reduce moisture buildup, I am thinking of adding one, but not thrilled cutting into it.
Great idea to get out. April. 2017 5:30am in QE2 which is an unmanaged park in Canada
Thanks, I did not expect it to last a few hours. I wished i used this a few weeks back when i had a cold overnight.

I use a few feet of 550 para cord with prusiks tied to each tree above the hammock straps. Imagine a ridge line without the middle, works great and gives you some flexibility to adjust the tarp,...
great suggestion to use a string

I am with rhjames, loosen the gathered end, it will be easier to see how the rip needs to be repaired.

diy Costco throw works great, i am using them in the summer as a top quilt with a foot box and another as an under quilt, seam rip it to get baffles, mine is now a 2/3 length, works great

Nice job, try adding a ridge line, the lay from the one photo looks pretty flat. I am planning my first build, fingers crossed.
Very nice, I need to make one now :)
UQ looks great and warm, good job
I have a WB XLC, double layer with winter cover if you are interested, it is left lay, feet left head right, lmk
