At the top of the website click on the "User CP" (aka; UCP) than on the next page click on "Edit Options" under the "Settings & Options" section (right side) than look for the "Private Messaging"...

While it has not technically sold, I have enough people in queue to ensure it sales - and one of which (#2 in line)...

You need to allow people to send you private messages in your UCP settings.
