Great combo!
I feel for you. 4am is a bad time for heavy thinking or making hammock adjustments. That is how I woke up with my boots at eye level. The hammock was a bit taut when I laid down and fell asleep. ...
BG. This was the guy who got busted for spending nights in hotels while filming his "survival" show. It would seem his resort amenities lists (if published) would be more trustworthy than his...

After a weekend hanging with my 11yo (his 1st hang, my 2nd) a Kids Corner would be much appreciated as a one stop catch-all for kids topics including gear... It was a great weekend and he did enjoy...

You might try to find a phone # or email for Mother Nature's complaint department. They might be willing to help... Also is good for weather induced itinerary inconveniences.
Thanks everyone. I ordered a pair of Stingerz, 4 door hooks, and 100' of lash-it to start with. It will be here on Friday. My SF only took 2 weeks!

It sounds like the only thing you need is a pair of stakes for the tie-outs. The adjustable webbing needs carabiners or other hardware...

OOPS....My Blackbird and Superfly are my noob setup. What do I do next??? Oh yeah, kick back and relax! Rookie hanging done right the first time. :D
Can you imagine his poor camera trying to keep the exposure and white balance corrected? :D
It IS worth the wait. After receiving my hammock last month, I jumped back into the queue without hesitation for my tarp. Brandon does great work. Great work takes time. We just need to have him...
