I should add that this summer I went deep sea fishing (slept 2 nights in a bunk at sea) did a float trip on a Missouri stream, and kayaked in the Florida Everglades --- all with no problems. Miracle...

I am 52 and have 2 new hips (2 years ago). I was in such pain before the surgery that I wouldn't even consider camping etc. because of the movement restrictions and discomfort caused by bending etc....
