It's sad that Brian is closing shop, but I am so glad he was able to reach the goal of getting the career he worked so hard for. OES set a standard for tarp quality. I hope he returns some day.

Thursday I dropped by the Hammock Gear shop to pick up my 0° Incubator and Burrow. I had owned a 3-Season early version of the same designs, but had to sell them in a pinch.
The Hammock Gear crew...
Thank you everyone for the interest in the pack. It is a two year old Ohm so I don't think the hip belt is removeable. It appears to be sewn on. I have decided to withdraw the pack from sale. ...
Thank you Brost. Sold pending funds. :)
Price reduction - $135 shipped. Thank you. :)
For some reason I'm unable to edit the original post, so I'm replying. Price reduction on the Burrow (top quilt) - $180 shipped. Again, the under quilt has sold. Thank you. :)
To be honest I can't say for sure. I believe it is 800 fill. I seem to remember it being rated at 20f. 900 would make it 0f per HG specs. To be on the safe side I will call it 800 fill.
Still... IMUSA's are more expensive than cans, but they're sturdier. I wouldn't mind owning a Heine pot. I know he was talking in a recent video that he would make them if you sent him the can(s). ...
Yes, Tinny was just saying he was looking for these 24 oz Heineken cans. Since he builds pots out of them it would benefit the "community" to sell them to him. I know I want one of those Heini pots...
I don't have a locking tape measure, so it was a bear to get a good reading. I was able to see 6ft length, but I couldn't stretch it and measure it at the same time, so I know it's slightly longer...
E-mail on the way. Incubator is Sold Pending Funds. Burrow is still available.
When I ordered the set from HG, Stormcrow asked me what type of hammock I had. I was under the assumption there was a difference in the design, depending on the hammock. That said, there is nothing...
For sale: Hammock Gear 3-Season Burrow (Top Quilt) olive drab, rated at 20f. Comes with original black stuff sack and an HG custom down pillow. $210 shipped.
**NOTE: Incubator has sold.

I've received an offer for immediate purchase. Sold. Thank you!
This is the silnylon version.
Sorry about that. It's webbing suspension from Warbonnet.
**SOLD** is my used OES MacCat Ultra silnylon tarp (gray). It has 2QZQ doors on both ends and comes with the Tarp Ridge Line (made by Whoopie Sling) attached.
Dimensions: 144"×104"

**Withdrawn** is a brand new Warbonnet Traveler hammock - 1.7 ounce double layer with webbing suspension. Can handle up to 400 lbs. The Traveler retails for $75 and is an open hammock. Since it is...
Large: 21-23" per the original order.
For sale is my ULA Ohm with a medium hipbelt, which according to the manufacturer is for 32" or less, but I wear 34" at the moment and it fits me just fine, torso is large, according to the original...
Sold. Thank you.
Questions were asked. Here are the answers:
Packed dimensions and weight? 12" x 2 3/4", cordura bag has 3" slack at the top with stove in it, 1.702 lbs
How do I add it to my tarp/tent setup? ...
This is one of only a few in existence. It's a tent/shelter stove complete with a chimney, door, flu and spark arrest. It was designed by Black November of the zombiehunters.org forum. You can...
For sale is a collapsible stove made by Gargoyle. It is a Nimblewill clone, made of stainless steel. I've only used it once, it does have soot on it from that initial burn. I just don't use it and...
It's so good to hear stories like this. I don't use a hammock in the house yet, but it will be replacing my bed when it wears out.
I used to do a lot of tent camping in my teens and twenties and...
I own a Garmin 60CSX that I would be willing to part with. It does not have any accessories or a manual, but is fully functional and has IIRC the 2009 Cities and Maps loaded into a 2gb SD card in...
Welcome. :) Once you find the sweet spot in the BB, you'll be sleeping like a baby. You did good to order an under quilt as even the mildest weather will feel cool under your hammock. It might...
Never heard of such a thing. Looking up the definition.
I've tent camped for years, mostly in state parks and private campgrounds. When I decided to get into backpacking and camping, I first looked at tents. A single man tent is very light. The problem...
I had planned on going to this hang, but when everyone backed out of it I didn't go. I'm glad I didn't. I can't stand being outside in a really hot muggy day. After I had made the decision to...
How many are confirmed and which camp? Camp C?
I just got my 3-Season Incubator and Burrow, as well as a prototype pillow, yesterday. I can't wait to try them out. I have the olive green just like Hulk. Good to know about the shelf. I'll make...
I'm late as usual. lol Here I've been wondering where The Perfect Trees forum went. No wonder you've been busy; the site looks awesome. The name is perfect.
My first and only hammock is the Warbonnet Blackbird 1.7 double-layer. It's roomy, has a foot box and the shelf lets you put all of your gizmos inside with you. I even bring my shoes/boots inside...
Looks like I may be able to make this one. Count me in.
I'm not big on sewing.
I've attached my Dutch Clips to the loop side of my webbing with small pieces of paracord so they can't go anywhere, they stay in the loops. No worrying about losing them. Works great for me.
I like my AC Aircraft Penny Stove better. No need to keep these.
I have three stoves I'd be willing to part with...

Mini-Atomic

All of them have some singeing on the outer wick. I only used them once. I paid $20 apiece. Since they're...
Just remember... you reap what you sew...not...you rip what you sew.
One thing I've noticed with my Warbonnet Blackbird, the bug net can inhibit airflow into the hammock, which may give you that claustrophobic lack-of-air feeling. A simple cure is an inexpensive...
Feels weird being in a Shug video. Extremely entertaining as always. The pre-coffee Shug is such a contrast to the post-coffee Shug. I need to know what you put in your coffee!! lol
Trust me, you don't want to drive that far unless you have someone else to split time with or plenty of time for rest and a proper place to sleep, or public transportation. I drove 12 hours...
Welcome Geo-Girl. It was nice to meet you at the Northern Hang. I apologize if I seemed distant. I was so tired from the drive. I look forward to your participation on the forums. :)
Awesome father/son video. I miss my father, who loved to get out and fish. He wasn't much of a camper unless fishing was involved, but he loved the outdoors in his own way. Cherish the time you...
What little time I had with the group was a great experience. I arrived on Friday night after a 12 hour drive overnight, exhausted. I brought along my friend John.
When I arrived I met and...
I've used up my vacation with other hangs happening in October. The only vacation week I have that's undetermined is June 8th-19th. If it's during that week or a weekend I should be able to make...
Thank you for the pack advice. Yes, I was coming to that same conclusion myself. I had approximately 25 lbs in my pack after taking out extra clothing I didn't need. My back and shoulders didn't...
Well, myself and my friend John made the 12 hour drive from Ohio. Got there later than we expected, about 2pm Friday. Set up our hammocks. I was so out of it after driving 12 hours overnight...
