If buyer is not happy with repair on tarp, send it back for refund. That's how confident I am about selling this tarp. Brandon no longer offers Spinn and neither does Brian OES. Real deal for price....
It's Tarp Tape with sealant applied to insure hole will be waterproof. Tarp Tape is more like a thin vinyl patch with sealant.
