Although I haven't tried it yet myself, I've heard if you get the anti slip foam roll (That go's under carpets). It will help keep an air mattresses and other pads from moving around.
Even the best pad or UQ will not keep you warm if the wind is blowing thru your rig and sucking out the warmth. If windy try lowering your tarp to block the wind, use a UQ protector, sock and or set the tarp at an angel to the wind.
