I really wanna get a good under quilt. I have a Clark NX 250. What are some thoughts on the Z liner? Do you have any other ideas for other options? I don't mind diy if I can get got direction.

Depends on what temps you're going for. I say DIY for the learning experience. My DIY UQ gets laughs but It's never failed me
It's REAL hard to beat DIY for cost to weight (assuming that you already have the tools--primarily a sewing machine--and the spare time). However, while a synthetic quilt with Climashield APEX is stupid easy to make (literally, if you can sew a straight line, you can make one in an hour or two), down quilts require a little more planning and are much more complex to build.
I'm not sure about underquilts on Clark hammocks, never having owned one, but I'd wager that it isn't more complicated than for most hammocks. A perusal of the DIY section and stickies will definitely be to your benefit.
Also, if you have any specific questions, feel free to respond here or PM me; I've done a couple of quilts over the last year.
