Who: Palmetto State Hangers and all our friends
When: January 29 - February 1, 2015
Where: Sesquicentennial State Park, Columbia, SC - Primitive sites 3/4
Why: Because we're crazy people who like cold weather and smoked pig!

This year we're getting a smoker, shoulders, and ribs and hosting a cold weather swine smokin' pig pickin' sorta shindig out in the woods in weather as cold as South Carolina will allow. Last year we saw temps drop down to 13, so prepare yourself: WINTER IS COMING!

We'll foot the bill for the appropriate amount of hog so an accurate headcount is needed for this hang. Please don't neglect the sign up sheet!

Cost for this event and the accompanying smorgasbord is $5/head for non-Supporting Members. Supporting Members are free to this event (and the swine dining).
