    Yeah - a funky temporary treehouse - I don't think they're marketing themselves to backpackers so not sure why everyone seems to evaluate them through that lens.

    This is the two person model. And two will fit easily but you'll feel your tent mate toss in the night. Think triangular floor space trampoline

    I'm wondering about the tension on the trees, seems like you really gotta wrench down on the ratchet strap to get it tight enough.(No, I'm not an environmentalist) Just don't want to tear 'em up.

    I'd guess no more than two hundred pounds of inward pressure from the ratchets. I figure that if the tent floor can handle the pressure, so can the tree.

    I've been wondering about that Tentsile tree tents. If it wasn't so expensive, I would consider buying one.
