When I have called I have been able to talk directly to him, although he was out on the first try. remember he is on the west coast and they sleep late.

Sent Craig a PM this morning, got one back shortly, then a short game of telephone tag and the order is in. Asked for and received 1st Class shipping on 100' of 1/8" AS Blue.
LOL, forgot to get the total....24 cents a foot less 10% discount and a few dollars for shipping. I'll post the total when it shows up in bank account.
$23.90 for my order. Also, received my package 2 days after ordering.
Hello,
My name is Scott Blanchard and I handle some of the techie stuff at Redden Marine. Craig mentioned this forum and I have seen a number of referrals on orders from here, so I took some time to read up and wanted to introduce myself. Hi!
I noticed that a number of people commented on the shipping costs through the web site and not in a good way. Due to that feedback, I dug into the shipping calculation and things should be reasonable now.
If you want to toss some rope into a cart and check the shipping costs for your respective ZIP code, or if you have a suggestion, I'd welcome any feedback at [email protected]. My goal is to see a see a "Good Experience with Redden Marine".
I'll remind Craig to follow up on the coupon code and the colored Amsteel Blue we're adding to the site.

Welcome to our little corner of the world.
My first thought of feedback would be... Can you add First Class shipping to the list of options? It seems to be the most economical for our orders.
My knife is so sharp it cut the sixth finger off my right hand! On the plus side, Inigo Montoya no longer hunts me.
The shipping calculator has 100' of 1/8 to 48912 via USPS priority at $29.xx. 100' easily fits into the small flat rate box which is $4.95.
It also had UPS at $13.70 for the same 100' to 48912.
It showed me $15.15 for USPS priority for 100' of 7/64. Redden is in Washington state & I'm just down here in Oregon. The small flat rate box is a needed option for sure, or the flat rate envelope. First class would be great as well.
