The purple Dutch polyd hammock I bought took a whopping 1 business day to arrive. Miserable.
This is outrageous!! This an egregious betrayal of the public trust! What kind of business are you running? You think just because you're a very small business with minimal employees that you are somehow exempt from the same standards that large companies are held to? No! That when one of your only, if not your only, employee calls in it is somehow an excuse for a slow down in production? Unacceptable! Or that that employee calling in during a period when new products are unveiled and there is a large influx of orders means that customers should be understanding? Nonsense! Do you think that communicating with your customers and explaining the situation somehow means that you are promoting good customer service and thinking about your customers? Malarkey! You are just another fly by night operation that cares nothing about its customers and only cares about its bottom line. I will make it my personal mission to see that your highly coveted and sought after products that have revolutionized how we hang our hammocks become as undesirable as leprosy. I am going to write the BBB, then I'm going to organize a boycott, then I'm going to.......Oh, wait, looks like I just got my shipping notice.... Hey Dutch no worries man, we understand, sometimes things happen. You just take your time and do what you gotta do, we'll be patient. Your products are so amazing, they're worth a lil wait. Dutch rules!
