Has anyone hammocked with the bod-i-bag yet? Just curious what the results where. I ordered one to mate up with a Hilleberg Biv/Anorak to keep in the kayak as part of a hypothermia kit...thinking maybe others uses for the critter.

I haven't yet, but I making one is on my extended DIY list. For more of around the house of kayaking use than anything else. I think it would be a little too heavy for backpacking.
Is that too much to ask? Girls with frikkin' lasers on their heads?
The hanger formly known as "hammock engineer".
I thought I had already posted about this somewhere in this forum...and what a great item it was.
I think it was misunderstood...like I was saying fleece was better than down or an underquilt or something.
Anyway my experience with the Bod-i-Bag in the 60 degree type weather is; its the only thing I use with my hammock.
Colder I used it with a quilt,or sleeping bag over me, and very cold and windy with an underquilt on the hammock.
I love mine...here's a link to my comments about it.http://adventureonthepct.com/showthread.php?t=203
Wouldn't it be more multifunctional and lighter to get a fleece shirt and pants?
