GoatHanger's post made me laugh a bit. I ordered mine the first day Dutch posted, but never got a confirmation. The transaction went though so I was a little worried. Emailed Dutch, who checked and gently pointed out that I included my email as yahoo.ocm....not yahoo.com! Seems I was so excited, I was typing faster than I should have! Order had been shipped already and I am a happy camper....a camper who will try to pay more attention to details in the future!

I'm glad someone got amusement from it. I just feel bad for making Dutch think I was dissatisfied. His immediate attention to me as a customer though, is why I recommend his site to all of the people I meet that camp.

    Solid.

EDIT: Just adding that after the interaction with Dutch last night, I went to order a sock immediately, but the 11ft are currently sold out. Will definitely be getting one as soon as they're in stock.

I am looking forward to a full 11' sock. I've used an old Warbonnet 10' sock for the past couple of years and while it works, it's not optimal for an 11' hammock. The amazing thing is how well these work - the lowest I've been down to in one is about 15 degrees last year. You do have to deal with the frost/condensation issue, but I'll take that in really cold weather. I am looking forward to having a vent to see if that helps alleviate the issue somewhat.

Has anyone done a fit check yet with a full length winter UQ? Picts would be even better. thanks

Dutch in your video it looked like there was no UQ I cannot tell just how much room this sock offers.

Tracking info says "Expected delivery day" is today - but the last scan is in Lancaster... we'll see what happens. If it shows up today I may am contemplating trying it out tonight with the expected low of 17 - with my Jarbdge UQ (rated to 25*)... that should be a good test
Of course maybe a night when I have to get up for work the next day isn't the best time to test something out!

I got mine today! I hope to be able to check it out soon. By the way, Dutch I never received a shipping notice. I was really hoping for an autographed addressed envelope....oh well. :-)

I think Dutch is leading a conspiracy to separate all of us from our money....every time I think I have everything I need, he introduces a new "must have" Come on, man...I got kids I need to put through college!

It didn't arrive Monday - post office was confused.
Arrived Tuesday - but being that it was already well below the rating of my UQ outside tonight I didn't think it wise to test it out.

No problem. I was just messing with you. Still, I'd live to see some pictures.
