The dutch oven will be great for fish or other foods people want to share. I will be making a blueberry cobler.

I haven't seen any mention for snow melting pot yet. I will also be bringing an 8 inch Dutch oven.can we get a final list of who is expected when? Who is all coming up Thursday? in the past when I cut minnows in a small styrofoam box they lasted the whole weekend. I've mostly caught northern pike.
I have a 4 quart that I'm bringing with the intention of using it only for melting snow.

I'm bringing a big pot for snow... I believe CryOTheWild usually does the same, so feel free to leave it if you want.

I think I'm going on Thursday, what time do people plan on being there so I don't drive past the parking area?

I'll be there about noon-1ish. I'll be driving a green Jeep Cherokee Sport.

The parking area is not too hard to spot. It's a small 2-3 car parking area on the south side of the road. There are a couple signs within sight of the road as well.

Would bringing a 4gallon water jug be benifical? I was thinking for storage. It probably wont freeze that bad if ut is being replintished with warm water.
I think we will be arriving after dark but I plan on bringing a bunch of brats for a late night snack or dinner Thursday.

Doing some last minute gear checks and equipment charging.

I'll have my ham radio (never leave home without it) programmed with local weather and ham repeaters and tactical light. I've also got a decent axe and hatchet that I can bring, but I don't have a good wood saw. I've also got a cast iron dutch oven (raw cast iron, not the ceramic coated stuff) that I can bring up if needed. Lastly, I've got some tip-ups, but I couldn't get a decent answer from local friends on the type of line that's best to use (all I have is standard fishing line, not sure if that'll work).

Looking to leave Duluth around 11 or so, so I'm shooting to be parked around noon 30. I'll be in a red 2 door Jeep XJ.
