I'm not familiar with this style, and I am a little confused about the shape of the tarp. Is this an 11' by 10' rectangle with two triangle pieces attached to the long side? Or is it 11' long and 10' from triangle tip to triangle tip? (Or something else?) Any pictures from other angles? And what does the tarp weigh?

    Thanks!

It is 11' long and 10' tip to tip on the triangles. The thing weighs about 15 ounces or so. I don't have a scale handy to get an exact measurement. As of now I don't have any other pictures of the tarp. If you look at some of my old trip report posts, you'll be able to see it in video or other pictures.

    Cheers

It is 900 FP goose down and lofts to over 5". I don't have a scale handy however, I would say it is within a couple ounces of the weight of the current incubator 0F as this quilt is a little narrower.

That was another tarp that I had and sold recently. Just search the forum for ogee tarp. There are lots of pictures of them in various configurations. Mine was the original model, not the mega ogee. I always pitched it A frame style.

Which bridge hammock were you using it on? I have a Ridge Runner so I don't know how the mid-point suspension would work on that? Are you saying that just connection the corners of the UQ to the corners of the bridge - like the WB Lynx - is not enough?

I use this underquilt with my DIY bridge. I just attach the quilt suspension points in the corner to the corner rings of my bridge hammock with the S-biners.

In the deep cold of winter, I use the mid point attachments to connect to a ridge line that I run from the apex of each suspension triangle. I do this more for insurance that the shock cord suspension doesn't relax due to excessive cold. I don't use a bug net in winter. So for your Ridge Runner, you could do the same thing (roll the net up and leave the ridge line in place) or just not use the mid point connection points. Hope that helps.

    Cheers

    Greetings

Just a side note, for anyone in my local area of Southern Ontario (just east of Toronto). If you decide to purchase my quilt, we can meet up in person and you can pay cash for it.

    Cheers
