Twelve, did you sleep with it on the fence like that? If so, what size and how deep are the post?
No that was my first setup right out of the box. I got in it and it held fine. They are 4X4 and probably, 2 foot deep, in concrete and I am pretty sure I could sleep there. Since I've actually taken it to the woods and really tested it out. I don't have any decent size trees in my yard.

I'm thinking about a yellow or orange HyperD with black wings. Saw one somewhere on DH site. The colors are beautiful. I've always had greenish with black hammocks. It's time for change! One of the benefits I can think of is being able to distinguish in low light the hammock from the underquilt. Another one is that it could be used as a rescue signal . Still kicking which hammock with what features I want. Too many decisions to make
Any color is fine! My single layer 1.6oz hyperD hammock got delivered today. The lay is amazing, to say the least!!! I didn't get too wrapped up in my color choice, since my hammock will always have an underquilt and tar over it.

Here's a close up of the 1.6oz hyperD fabric in woodland camo. This was taken from the inside
We decided to give it a test hang indoors. The difference between this 11 footer and 10 footer was pretty vast.
Here's a closeup of the quilt hook. Look at that amazing stitching.
Ready to watch some TV!!!
Welp I haven't spent much time in the hammock since my wife commandeered it for the night. According to her, she got some amazing sleep! Can't wait to use this outdoors!
Ok your turn. Have you set yours up yet?
