Sorry to hear about your tough times Turk. Hope things turn out for the best, and that you don't have to part with too much of your gear. Good luck.

    Turk,
As the person who sold ya' the Gust, i hope you will be reasonable about selling it considering what you paid for it (well under $100.00). Please consider giving it to a needy scout who would cherish it as much as you. Heck, i'll buy it back from you for $10.00 more than you paid me, plus shipping , then donate it to a scout myself.

P.S: The color was for a Golite Christmas theme for sales reps and the pack was a demo GIVEN to an outdoor store in 2002 in Portland, Oregon (one of five in that color). I picked it up there for only $35.00. When i contacted Golite they told me it was not worth any more than a normal used Gust, but i guess if someone's willing to pay a high price for it...............

    Turk,

Sorry to see the distress of your current situation.

    ALCON, FTR ...

The JRB Old Rag Mtn with the two oz Overstuff is one fine quilt...So much down... We almost physically could not get that much down into the quilt and still get it closed...

If you live un the UK, WA, OR or any of the truely wet/Fog socked locals don't miss the original JRB Weather Shield... well worth the price.

To sweeten the offers for Turk, these pieces of JRB gear come with an extended warranty, same as new gear... Who ever gets them just send us an email with your name and address so we can extend the warranty.

    Turk,

Where are you located? To answer your question generally, yes, courts usually do NOT look favorably on an adulterer. Particularly if the adulterer is a "supporting spouse" and alimony is at issue.

EDIT: Not to hijack, cause Turk needs to sell some gear pronto! BUT:

Man oh man, how 'ya gonna match that kind of loyalty and customer service? What can I say? This speaks for itself!
