Slip the webbing through the fixed loop.

Form the spike hitch below the loop.

Insert toggle of choice.


I was just saying that way if you HAD to use your hiking pole as a toggle, you wouldn't have to slip the loop around the toggle.

Do you have to trap the whoppie sling i the knot, i always just tied a marlin spike hitch with a toggle, and threw the whoppie over it.
