    Smile Heres a new concept

A bridge hammock with a storage pouch. I personally cant get more than 4 hrs sleep in a gathered end hammock so I prefer the flat laying bridge hammock with my pillow and sleeping bag. I figure that I can stick my sleeping bag in the pouch and roll it up with the hammock.
Next will be the bug net.

What material is your hammock made from? I imagine it would have to be quite heavy duty to be able to hold you even with a giant horizontal slit across it. Did you reinforce the edges to make up for it?

    It's very expensive. Usually $1.50/yrd x 58-60".

I almost broke the bank getting this stuff
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

Nice job on the hammock! The pocket is cool, but what I really like is your set up with the spreader bars--the built in sockets etc--------very clever! (and origional?)
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.
