KAQ DIY primaloft quilt how-to - where did they go?

I'm mid making a primaloft quilts (both Underquilt and Top quilt x a few) I have a 45yd roll of it.

I found the KAQ plans a while ago and all the great tips for sewing Primaloft and quilting loops - but the plans are gone and the links are dead now.

Anyone know where "http://www.hammockforums.net/index.php?page=kaq" is gone?

Searching for Primaloft & underquilt brings up a lot of options but none were as thorough. Alot of the links you find talking about making an underquilt with primaloft have the broken link within the comments.

I know I have it saved somewhere but for the life of me I can not find it. I am betting it is on the hard drive from my old laptop. I have an enclosure to put it in setting on a self waiting to turn it into an external but havent gotten around to it yet. Maybe I can get that done today and I will send it to you.
