Just plain drw 1.1 ripstop seconds that I had leftover. I forgot to give the dimensions of the uq - it's 60L x 45W. Any 1.1 - 1.9oz would work fine. I made the suspension channels from 1.9oz - they're 1.5" wide before sewing and 1" flipped out finished.

You can also use argon or any of the wonder fabrics - down proof isn't necessary.

I'm looking to build a TQ with the same type materials.

But this looks ideal for a new UQ for my other family members
Thank you, Xtrm! Yes, I shamelessly used the HG type suspension. It works better than anything else adjustment wise I've tried. I had to make the suspension a bit longer than normal as the uq had to fit over my down uq (stacked) loose enough to not squash the down.

Heres a picture as it was being fitted to my hammock in the garage. It fits perfectly and seals very well over the down uq - without squashing the down. With both of them I'm covered head to knees and then the down uq (which extends further to the foot end) covers the rest of my legs. 5+ inches of insulation with both of them. Last night it was -7 and I was actually a bit overwarm and had to vent the freezer flap.
