I'm 5'10" and the long was longer than I needed -- but I prefer my bags that way. The Feathered Friends site shows that the Regular length is good for up to 6'0" and that the Long length is good for up to 6'6".

What is the weight of this bag?
By my measurements, the bag in the stuff sack is 877 grams (~30.9 ounces). The stuff sack is 20 grams (~0.7 ounces).
