It sounds like you're doing your testing in a spot where you can bail, which is good. Otherwise, maybe you'll be warm; maybe not.
Your gear list looks like it'll support those temperatures, but I have no experience with weather that cold. I am going to say that having another person there to help adjust the underquilt and check for gaps is going to be particularly important given the expected weather. Do this before retiring for the evening.
Best of luck with your testing!

Be sure to uncompress your underquilt an hour or two before bed and fluff it a few times during that. Sometimes the down will clump together and leave voids which make cold spots.
I learned of this the hard way...
My hang went super well! hit a low of -26 celsius!
I slept very warm, woke up one since I was about to over heat, strip down to my long john's slept like a baby.
I added a Therm‑a‑Rest Z Lite to the -17 UQ to be on the safe side. carried a 1l Nalgene with hot water in it as well!

thank you all for the tips and tricks!
I thought you might be hot with the under quilt and two sleeping bags! It's always a learning experience
That's great! Now you can start the experiments to see how much of that you can get rid of and still be warm enough. Just have some excess insulation close by. Way to go!
Are you going solo? I only ask because hypothermia causes people to start making stupid decisions like taking clothes off. I would suggest you dont go alone so you have someone to help keep you smart
Maybe I'm too much of a pessimist, but I would worry about animals or miscreants if I slept outside.
I'm glad all went well.
My suggestion would have been to not sleep in your down jacket. Instead I would have suggested to use it for your foot end. Wrap around the hammock and zip it up. A quilt for the feet.
The 0*F UGQ UQ can be trusted to a true 0* and lower. Your merino base layer is enough. Keep experimenting with your gear more before your solo. It's best to dial it in and not just have 1 good hang before you go out on your own.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you
