Can't upload video to MEDIA LIBRARY

It's always worked in the past, but now I can't upload a video into the Media Library.

It accepts the YouTube URL and retrieves the video info just fine. After typing my title and the description, the next screen shows "The description you have entered is too short (0 characters). Please lengthen your description to at least 10 characters." My title line is longer than 10-characters and my description is two paragraphs. Tried several times and no-go.

I've never used this (just saw the area), but I tried to link one of my videos and got the same error.

I think I've run into that in the past. Lately what I've been doing is rather than clicking on 'Submit Media' at the top of the page to open the Submit Media page, I instead scroll to the vary bottom of the Media Library page, and enter the video URL there. That worked for me a couple of weeks ago.

That worked, a possible clue to debug is that when I did it through the Submit Media page the full description pane was blank, but when I did it through the link at the bottom of the main page the full description was retrieved from YouTube
