Shout out to The one and only Shug for giving a gazillion hours of YT time to watch and learn the good stuff.
There's nothing like benging for hours watching Shug and Sintax77 videos to hold me over until I'm back on the trails!
Another Shout out to Paul at Arrowhead Equipment for sending out my new River Long 25° Underquilt, can't wait to try it out!

Hope to see you on the Trails!

This was from our last trip to Laural Snow Falls in Dayton TN, got down into the high 20's.... The trip that made me pull the trigger on the Underquilt.

    Myself and dad (EastTNCalvin)

And Shug...... Finally snagged up some of these because of you! Whoooooo Buddy! They just came in the mail! Soloman Quest GTX 4D's

Welcome from Nashville! And THANKS for the pics from Laurel Snow Falls. I've done almost all of the Cumberland Trail and have been wanting to check that hike off my To Do list, so it's nice to actually see what it's like before going some day.

I love Luaral Snow. It's a good hike with constant water source the whole time. The pictures of the campsite above were at the bottom of the mountain. If you can make it to the very top to Luaral Falls it's an Awesome place to hang. On this last trip pops started getting bad cramps and we had to turn back and stay at the bottom, but it was still a fun trip and getting to hang out with dad is always fun.
I still want to hike up to the top of Snow falls, might make that the goal next time.
About 2 miles in it splits. One way snow falls the other Luaral falls.
