When was it decided that head left/feet right was the traditional lay and head right/feet left was something else?
Guess I'm non-traditional...
Never heard of this "tradition" before. Care to elaborate?

I was reading another post where they were talking about traditional right lay. I think its because of WarBonnet's BlackBird
It does seem to be more popular, but I am feet-left.

Yes, the HH had the tie outs set up that way before Warbonnet started. My guess is, they had to go one way or the other, and simply settled on the head left/foot right.
Maybe that is direction Tom Hennessy prefers.
I prefer feet left. I'm also right handed.
I wonder if more left handed folk prefer feet right and more right handed folk prefer feet left. And do ambidextrous folk prefer bridge hammocks?
