    WTB ULA Amigo Pro ...

BP trip on the NCT (WI) September 13-15 and I have almost completed assembling my gear. I am looking to buy gently used (it could happen) or closet stored gear. Please PM if you have requested gear for sale. Prefer to pay with PayPal.

ULA Amigo Pro Gravity Filter ... doesn't hurt to ask
Smart wool or similar midweight sweater(3/4 zip); size L or XL, tall
    Smart wool or similar Balaclava
    BP rain cover (ULA Circuit)

Thank you HF for the outstanding guidance to a noob. A BIG thanks to Shug and special thanks to Stormcrow, Beep, Animalcontrol, Walkingbear and Texron

    Much appreciated,
    Wander'nFool

The Amigo Pro is about five dollars more than the Katadyn filter cartridge it uses. A steal at full retail.

Get the shower attachment, great for a hair wash.

too funny! It would be extra weight anyway....(had to say it)

I am in the market for one of these too. That gravity filter Shug used on the NCT hang was sweet.

I'd love to buy a new Amigo Pro, but ULA is not shipping until December.

Yup, it's that time of year again for Brian's annual break. He usually goes hiking during this time, but this year, he's nursing a broken leg. Maybe he'll jus sit around and sew to make stock for when they open back up in December.

I use this set up with with an in line filter (First Need or other - depending on the water source) instead of an in bag set up, and in line shut off valve. Has served me well for several years.
I'm so out of shape ......I passed gas yesterday and pulled a muscle!

    I think that looks familiar.

I have not created any DIY gear. I think this will be a good start for me.
