Well to make a long story short. The dogs got into my gear room last week.
Didn't think much of it, but today I was going thru my gear and noticed my dB was pulled out of the bishop bag.Then there it was the bag was shredded and so was my bug net. My favorite piece of gear Damaged.
Hopefully papa surf can send me a new bug net, or I can send my hammock in to get one. Puppies you got to love them!
That sucks. I'm sure Randy will help you out for a fair price. Sorry to hear about this.
Maybe keep your gear in a plastic tote?
Imagine how fun this was for the puppy. I'll bet he had a great time.

I have this nifty little mat I put where I do not want our new puppy (a terrorist all 5 pounds). The mat is called a Scat Mat, sends out tiny static electric shocks when stood on or laid on. It does not hurt the cats or pup, however they do not like it, they won't get on anything that I have put the Scat Mat on. No counter surfing, no going into my bedroom (where my gear is stored). I also use it to keep cats off my kitchen counters.
I am sure your hammock was great fun, it smelled like outdoors, fire and you...Just too irresistible. Our little terrorist snatches anything of mine that touches the floor. Now we have a race to see who grabs dropped items first. I am missing a set of keys I put down for a couple of minutes while I answered the phone, I think puppy took them some place, I sure can not find them, had to have a new set cut last night.
What would the world be without puppies to help us?
