I'd like to say that it only took me 30 seconds to find this company. They have a NERF® blast party. May not be for us, but this is promising.

I liked the idea of having the different demos (ie cobbler making, knot tying, splicing, etc) Depending where the Fall Sprawl is held maybe we can have people lead events like Kayaking, hiking, etc.

I'd love to see a big white board with names for clean up crew, prep crew, demonstration crew, and alligator wrestling crew written on it each day so we have a reference point to go to and check out who should be where when.
